Multan Police arrested former Member of National Assembly and former Chief Wahib Aamir Dogar from his residence for vandalizing the office of the Election Commission.


According to the police, the arrest was made due to vandalism and fighting in the office of the Election Commission. During the submission of nomination papers, the workers of Muslim League-N and PTI got together.


According to the officials, action will be taken against all the officials involved in the commotion in the Election Commission office

Police have also detained League candidate Sheikh Tariq and League leader Malik Anwar. Both were arrested from Nishtar Hospital.


Workers of PTI and PML-N also raised slogans against each other while during the clash the glass of the doors of Election Commission office were broken.


On the other hand, Asad Umar reacted to the arrests and said that the ruling PTI leaders are using force against the workers, Aamir Dogar is not a person to fight, this is a political case and it was done to intimidate Aamir Dogar. .
